President of Solutions
Donna Kubota is the founder
of Solutions with over 24 years’
experience as a senior corporate/commercial law
clerk. She has extensive
experience in all aspects of
corporate/commercial law drawn from her solid
background as senior corporate law clerk at a large
downtown Toronto law firm.
Donna was admitted as an Associate Member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario ("ILCO") and is a member of the Ontario Association of Professional Searchers of Records. Solutions is also an Affiliate Member of the Canadian Association of Paralegals.
Donna wrote the chapter on
"Due Diligence and the Commercial
Transaction" which
is part of the textbook "Advanced
Corporate Business Transactions"
published by Emond Montgomery in 2006. This
textbook is required for the ILCO
associate level law clerk corporate course. |
