Purpose of Search: To determine whether any Notice of Intention to Give Security has been filed with the Bank of Canada in the Province of Ontario against the Corporation pursuant to section 427 of the Bank Act (Canada) which affects the Corporation. This search will indicate whether any banks have taken a security interest in the inventory and/or equipment of a corporation or individual under S.427 of the Bank Act (Canada).
