Purpose of Search: To determine whether there are any Writs of Execution or Certificates of Lien filed against the Corporation in the Sheriff's Office in the Land Titles Office in Toronto and in the Sheriff's Office in each place (if known) where the Corporation carries on business pursuant to the Execution Act (Ontario) which affects the real or personal property of the Corporation. This search will indicate whether a judgment creditor has filed an execution or writ against a corporation or individual in the Sheriff's Office in the place where the Corporation carries on business.
