Purpose of Search: To determine whether there are any Bulk Sales Affidavits registered against the Corporation in the Superior Court of Justice in the City of Toronto and in each place (if known) where the Corporation carries on business pursuant to the Bulk Sales Act (Ontario) which affects the Corporation. This search will indicate whether a corporation or individual has made a sale of its/his stock in bulk out of the usual course of business.
