Purpose of Search: To determine whether there is any record of bankruptcy proceedings involving the Corporation registered with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy in Ottawa (which encompasses information for all of Canada) pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada). This search will indicate whether a corporation or individual is or has been bankrupt or whether an assignment, proposal to creditors or receiving order has been made against the corporation or individual.
